The Mattam George Foundation — MGF, also known as MG Foundation — exists for them: a Section 8 nonprofit NGO registered under the Companies Act, committed to the most vulnerable in our communities.

The law requires it. Our structure demands it. Every surplus rupee returns to charitable work — never to dividends, never to private gain. This is an organisation built to care, and built to stay.

Sandalwood leases are not a securities offering, investment scheme, or investment advice. There are no guaranteed returns — growth is biological, market prices vary, and harvest requires Kerala Forest Act permissions. Community residences are supporting initiatives; some are in development, and timeshare or partnership arrangements involve deed and documentation complexity disclosed under programme terms. MGF is a Section 8 nonprofit; proceeds reinvest into charitable programmes.

The Mattam George Foundation exists to build free medicine support and dignified senior care across India — starting in Kerala — for families rationing essentials and elders facing emergencies with no one to call. Medicine support is free for eligible families. Senior Care is a Section 8 cost-recovery programme, with need-based fee support when charitable funds allow. No one must buy sandalwood or lease property to receive help.
