By submitting a residence or villa enquiry, I confirm that:

1. I have read the [Privacy Notice](/residences/privacy) for the Community Residences Programme.
2. I consent to MGF contacting me by phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding my enquiry.
3. I understand that submitting this form does **not** create a binding reservation, timeshare deed, stay agreement, or property transaction.
4. I understand that **Second Spring** is in development and that registering interest does not guarantee placement.
5. I understand that **Villa Partnership** is for landowners offering property to MGF — not a purchase offer to me as a buyer.
6. I provide accurate contact information so a relationship manager can reach me within the stated response timeframe.

**For participation agreements:** Additional consent and health-authorization forms apply at signing — provided offline by your relationship manager.
